We've had an amazing experience with FPA-- they have the easiest customer service system I've used, leveraging texts, emails, and phone calls to make sure you get reminders and receive your medications in a timely fashion. The staff are always friendly and helpful, and know how to walk us through everything. We very much appreciate their warmth and helpfulness.

Patient and empathetic. Willing to repeat information as many times as necessary. Customer service seems highest priority, as opposed to sales. Truly sympathetic to the impact of cost and the cost:emotion ratio. Delivered asap. Good documentation and directions. Especially appreciate tutorials on company site. Provided clear information regarding acceptable discount program which was very helpful when making decisions about how to proceed.
